Website Links for Family Law
Not all Ohio Courts and Clerk of Courts have websites. Not all the counties that have websites offer the same information. Some Clerk of Courts' websites allow you to search an electronic record docket book. These records are not the actual court documents. They are a chronological listing of the documents that have been filed with the court. The record might include a listing of complaints, answers, motions, orders and entries. You will still need to make a trip to the courthouse to view the documents in the court file. The Court websites might list the Judges and Magistrates, the Judge's docket, and the court rules.
